The Combisteel 7450.0538 is a single-door stainless steel upright freezer for commercial frozen storage, holding 101 litres behind one door. It gives a kitchen a dedicated place to keep frozen stock separate from the chilled side of the operation. The upright format stands in a tight footprint — just 600 mm wide and 605 mm deep — rather than sprawling across the floor, which suits back-of-house corners and prep areas where a walk-in would waste floor space.
Day to day it maintains frozen temperatures between -18 and -22 °C, using 58 mm of insulation and a ventilated cooling system with a digital display for temperature control. It needs a standard 230 V supply and weighs 50 kg.
