Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The Combisteel 7450.0076 is a single-door stainless steel upright freezer for commercial kitchens, holding 650 litres of frozen storage in one full-height cabinet. It concentrates a kitchen's frozen storage and keeps it separate from the chilled side so frozen stock has a dedicated home. The upright format holds real capacity in a standing footprint — narrower than a two-door at 740 mm wide — which is the practical middle ground for operations that need frozen volume but do not have the floor or the case for a walk-in freezer.
In service it is a straightforward workhorse. One full-height door opens the whole cabinet, so loading, rotating and stock-checking frozen stock is quick, and the format keeps everything behind a single point of access. Stainless steel construction stands up to the daily wash-down regime and the rough-and-tumble of a busy back-of-house.
As a full-height upright standing 2010 mm tall, it pays to plan the delivery and access route as well as the final standing position, so check your doorway width against the 740 mm external width and measure the route carefully.
