Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The Combisteel Freezer RVS is a stainless-steel single-door upright commercial freezer with 400 litres of frozen storage built to hold frozen stock in a working kitchen. One full-height door opens onto full-depth storage held at -10 to -18 °C, so a delivery of frozen goods can be loaded in bulk and drawn down through service from a single cabinet that sits in the back-of-house reserve rather than on the prep line.
Day to day it runs as sealed upright frozen storage, keeping stock frozen through repeated door openings across a shift. The compact footprint (600 × 600 mm at the base) fits tight kitchen spaces, and stainless construction inside and out forms part of a standard kitchen cleaning routine and stands up to constant back-of-house traffic. At 1950 mm tall and 105 kg, it stands within a standard doorway.
As an upright it takes a compact floor footprint against a wall or in a store, keeping worktop and traffic lanes clear, and connects to a suitable mains supply.
