The Foster EcoPro G3 GP620-SE is a double-door commercial upright freezer for bulk frozen storage in a professional kitchen, hotel, pub or production area. It offers 1350 litres gross and 964 litres net inside a single cabinet that runs -21 to -18 °C, suiting sites that need a large upright footprint rather than several smaller freezers. At 2080 mm tall on a 1440 × 855 mm footprint, it consolidates frozen holding into one unit.
The cabinet uses hinged doors and six shelves, so frozen stock can be split by prep area, product type or service priority, with 2/1 GN pan compatibility for Gastronorm kitchens. A stainless steel exterior is listed over an aluminium interior lining, with 50 mm of insulation working hard to hold the deep-freeze temperature.
Cooling is fan assisted on low-GWP R290 refrigerant (GWP 3), from a standard 230 V supply.
