Why this double door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The Ecofrost 7950.5020 is a two-door commercial upright freezer holding 1410 litres of frozen storage — the capacity of a small walk-in, but on a 1480 × 830 mm floor footprint. It keeps bulk frozen stock (batched prep, meat, bread, portioned product) organised and to hand in an upright format, so a kitchen doesn't have to bend into a chest to find it. The two full-height doors open independently, so you can rotate stock on one side while keeping the other sealed.
In daily use the two solid doors seal cold stock away from a warm kitchen and open only when they need to, which keeps disruption to the cabinet down across a long service. It maintains -18 to -22 °C via ventilated cooling with a digital controller and LED interior lighting. At 2010 mm tall and 226 kg, it's a substantial cabinet built from stainless steel 18/8.
The cabinet wipes down and stands up to a busy back-of-house — repeated wash-downs and the knocks of a working kitchen. It runs at 0.78 kW on a 230 V supply, using R290 refrigerant in a 60 mm insulated cabinet.
