The TGN-2F-2S is True's double-door upright foodservice freezer — 883 litres of frozen storage built to the 2/1 gastronorm standard so full-size trays, pans and boxes drop straight in from prep or delivery without re-packing. It's built for back-of-house bulk frozen holding in kitchens that need standing, full-height access to stock rather than chest or under-counter storage.
Two doors split the tall cabinet into halves, so staff open only the side they are working from and keep the rest of the load shut and cold while service runs. Three shelves on each side hold 2/1 gastronorm trays, making rotation and stock-takes quick to read at a glance. At just over 2 metres tall, it delivers full-height reach-in storage without the footprint of a walk-in.
Built by True with stainless steel and aluminium construction, the TGN-2F-2S runs Energy Class C (2520 kWh per year) and carries a 7-year parts and labour warranty. As a free-standing upright at 1460 mm wide and 259 kg, it drops into a back-of-house line-up alongside other storage cabinets. Allow clear space for the doors to swing fully and a clean approach for loading full gastronorm trays.
