Why this under counter freezer earns its place
The FB011 is a two-door under-counter freezer from True. It gives the kitchen 278 litres of net frozen storage beneath the worktop, with four shelves behind two doors, so frozen stock, prepped batches and back-ups stay solid and within reach rather than in a separate walk-in or chest across the kitchen.
It operates at -23 to -18 °C with forced-air cooling, R290 refrigerant and climate class 4 performance. The stainless steel exterior, aluminium interior and 43 mm insulation are built for commercial use, and the two-door layout lets staff open only the side they need during service.
Plan the cabinet as 1229 mm wide, 766 mm deep and 839 mm high, with a 132 kg gross weight. It runs from a 230V supply with a 414 W rated input. Energy class D, 2036 kWh/year consumption and a 5.577 kWh/24h figure give enough data to model running cost against your own tariff.
