Why this commercial under counter freezer earns its place
The UF200VS is an undercounter freezer built to sit within a working line, putting frozen stock where the section actually needs it. With 200 litres gross and 120 litres net across three wire shelves behind one solid hinged door, it holds a service's frozen mise en place so nobody walks to a back-of-house freezer mid-service. The SS430 stainless exterior stands up to a commercial kitchen, and the white ABS interior wipes down clean.
It runs a static cooling system under electronic control, holding a -24 to -10 °C band suited to frozen storage. Rated energy class A and climate class 4, it is built to keep temperature in the warm, busy ambient of a commercial kitchen rather than a cool cellar. The three wire shelves let you organise stock by type and rotate it by date without unloading the whole cabinet.
At 600 × 600 × 850 mm (W×D×H) it is sized to slot under a standard commercial worktop, and it ships packed at 690 × 650 × 910 mm, so check that against doorways and lift access on the way in. It runs on a 13 A supply at 220–240 V/50 Hz, plugging into a normal commercial socket. Net weight is 47 kg, 52 kg packed.
