Why this commercial under counter freezer earns its place
The UF200S is a single-door undercounter freezer that slots frozen storage into a workbench run where floor space is tight. At 600 mm wide it sits under a counter or against a wall, giving a kitchen a dedicated pocket of frozen stock without committing to an upright or a walk-in. It holds 120 litres of net storage on two fixed freezing shelves, enough for a working reserve of frozen product close to the prep area.
It holds a -24 to -10 °C freezer band under an electronic controller, using static cooling behind a single hinged solid door. Defrost is manual, so the cabinet is switched off and cleared as part of the cleaning routine rather than cycling automatically. As climate class 4 it is built to hold temperature in demanding kitchen ambients, and at 40 dB it runs quietly. On its verified figure of 438 kWh a year, running cost works out at about £110 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 600 × 585 × 855 mm externally with a 484 × 470 × 620 mm interior, and ships packed at 690 × 650 × 910 mm — an easy fit through a standard doorway, but worth checking against a tight undercounter gap. It weighs 47 kg net and 52 kg boxed. The exterior is SS430 stainless steel with a white ABS interior, it plugs into a standard 13 A supply at 220–240 V, and cooling uses R600a refrigerant with a 60 g charge.
