Why this upright wine fridge earns its place
The INFRICO EVV100 is an upright wine cellar that stores and displays bottles behind a single hinged glass door. The glass front puts the range on show for front-of-house selection while keeping the bottles behind a door, making it a display cabinet as much as a store.
Day to day it runs with automatic defrost, so it manages frost build-up without being switched off, and it is rated to climate class 4 — meaning it is built to hold temperature in warm, busy service areas rather than only cool back rooms. It uses R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant with low global warming potential.
On installation, the cabinet is 657mm wide, 596mm deep and 1918mm high, so it slots into a back-bar or service run without a wide footprint, though the 1918mm height needs headroom checking before delivery. At 155kg, plan the delivery route and floor loading in advance. For siting and aftercare, Craven Cooling's engineers can advise.
