In day-to-day use the upright format stands the range on display at eye level, so staff pick by sight and the list stays visible at the point of service. Running a single temperature zone keeps control simple: set the band your list needs and the cabinet holds it, with no second zone to balance and nothing to juggle across a busy shift.
