Why this upright wine fridge earns its place
The INFRICO EVV200MX is an upright glass-door wine cellar built to store and display a wine range front-of-house. The double hinged glass doors keep labels and the collection on show while the wine stays chilled, so it works as a merchandising piece as much as a store — the difference between wine kept out of sight and wine the customer can see and choose from.
Running day to day, it uses automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to work around. Its climate class 4 rating means it is built to hold temperature in a warm restaurant or bar ambient, and it runs on R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant. As an upright double-door cellar it is a self-contained cabinet that plugs in and runs.
On build, it measures 1314 × 596 × 1918 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 275kg. At 1918mm tall it is worth checking against ceiling height and doorway clearance, and the 275kg weight needs a solid, level floor and enough hands to position it.
