Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The BLIZZARD SIGMA10F is a flat glass serve over counter — a refrigerated display cabinet designed for staffed, over-the-counter service. Its flat glass front presents produce to the customer while staff serve from behind, the format delis, butchers and patisserie counters use to show cuts, cheeses and chilled goods and pick to order.
As a serve-over counter it is built around the customer-facing display: product is laid out along the 1025 mm-wide front for browsing, and the counter is worked from the rear. It suits a fixed, staffed position in the shop rather than a self-select run, giving the person behind the counter control of what is shown and served.
The cabinet measures 1025 × 1080 × 1235 mm (W×D×H). The 1080 mm depth is a substantial footprint, so plan the floor space and access route around it — measure doorways for the 1080 mm depth and 1235 mm height before delivery.
