Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The HERA is a low-glass fish serve-over display, 1510 mm wide, built to present fresh fish across an open, face-to-face counter. The low glass front keeps the catch clearly in view and gives staff an unbroken line to serve over, which is what a fresh-fish counter lives or dies on — the customer sees the produce, and the server works it straight across the top.
It runs quietly in the background of a busy counter: defrost is automatic, so there is no manual routine to keep on top of, and it uses R452a refrigerant. It carries a climate class 3 rating for operation in a typical trading environment, holding the display steady through the trading day.
This is a substantial counter — 1510 mm wide, 855 mm deep and 900 mm high, weighing 165 kg — so it is a two-person-plus install and best sited on a firm, level floor. At a minimum 855 mm across it will not pass through a standard single doorway, so measure your access route and any openings before delivery.
