Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The VML1800 is a refrigerated fish display, 1955mm wide, built to hold fresh fish and seafood across a full serve-over counter. At close to two metres of frontage it gives a fishmonger, seafood counter or restaurant kitchen a proper stage to lay out the day's catch and let customers see the range and quality before they buy.
The cabinet is a dedicated fish-display format, so it is designed around the way seafood is merchandised over ice and served across a counter rather than sold from a closed cabinet. The open serve-over layout keeps staff in front of the product for portioning and service throughout the trading day.
For siting, the external dimensions are 1955 × 900 × 1335 mm (W × D × H). At nearly two metres wide and 900mm deep it needs a clear straight run for delivery and a counter position with the depth to take it. Measure the space and the access route before it arrives, and plan where drainage and services will sit against the layout.
