Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The VML1200 is a refrigerated fish display from INFRICO, built as a serve-over counter cabinet to present fresh fish to customers on a staffed fishmonger's or fresh-counter run. The 1330 mm width gives a generous serving front, so a day's catch can be laid out and worked from across the counter rather than crammed onto a shelf.
At 900 mm deep and 1335 mm tall, the cabinet sits at browsing height and holds a deep display bed, keeping the product angled towards the customer and within easy reach of staff serving behind it. It is a counter-format display — designed to be the fresh-fish focal point of the shop floor, not tucked into a back room.
The cabinet measures 1330 mm wide, 900 mm deep and 1335 mm tall, so plan the counter run and the route in.
