Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The HERA FISH SS 1040 CB VCR is a fresh fish display from MAFIROL, built to present fresh fish and seafood across a 1050mm-wide serving front. At 1240mm high it is a floor-standing display cabinet, sized to hold a dedicated fresh-fish position in a fishmonger's, a farm-shop counter run or a supermarket fresh aisle.
Day to day, the cabinet runs its own defrost automatically, so staff aren't fitting manual cycles around a busy counter. It carries a climate class 3 rating, meaning it is specified to hold its display temperature in a warmer, more humid room rather than only in cooler back-of-house conditions.
On the build side it measures 1050mm wide, 855mm deep and 1240mm high, with a gross weight of 130 kg, so check your doorway width and delivery route before it arrives. Cooling runs on R452a refrigerant.
