Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The HERA FISH 1290 SB VCR is a counter-top fish display from MAFIROL, built to present fresh fish and seafood across a 1300mm-wide serving front. It sits on the counter rather than standing on the floor, so it drops into a fishmonger's slab, a farm-shop chiller run or a supermarket fresh-fish position without taking a full cabinet's footprint. The open display puts the catch at eye level where customers choose it.
Day to day, the cabinet runs its own defrost automatically, so staff aren't scheduling manual cycles into a busy service. It carries a climate class 3 rating, meaning it is specified to hold its display temperature in a warm, humid room rather than only in cooler back-of-house conditions — useful over a working service counter.
On the build side it measures 1300mm wide, 1035mm deep and 740mm high, with a gross weight of 135 kg, so it is worth checking your counter run and access route before delivery. Cooling runs on R452a refrigerant.
