Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The HERA FISH SS 1290 CB VBS is a low-glass fish display counter with a 1300mm serve-over width. The low glass line keeps the whole display visible to customers while staff serve from behind, which is how a fresh-fish counter is meant to work — the catch is laid out, seen and served over the glass. It gives a fishmonger or seafood counter a proper served display rather than a closed cabinet.
