Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The MAFIROL HERA FISH 1500 SB VBS is a countertop fish display cabinet, 1510mm wide, designed to sit on an existing counter or base unit and present fresh fish and seafood at customer eye level. The extra width over the shorter models in the range gives more linear frontage to lay out the day's catch, while the countertop format keeps it out of the floor plan of a full stand-alone serve-over.
Defrost is fully automatic, so the cabinet clears frost on its own cycle rather than tying up staff with a manual routine. It carries a climate class 3 rating, which means it is built to hold its display temperature in the warmer, more humid conditions of a working shop floor or market hall rather than only in a cool back-of-house environment.
The cabinet runs on R452a refrigerant. External dimensions are 1510 × 1035 × 400 mm (W×D×H): the 1035mm depth is the figure to check against your counter run, and the 400mm height leaves headroom for signage or a canopy above. As a countertop unit it drops onto a level surface rather than needing plumbed-in or built-in installation, so it can be sited and re-sited as the counter layout changes.
