Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The VML1500 is a refrigerated fish display from INFRICO, built as a serve-over counter cabinet to present fresh fish to customers on a staffed fishmonger's or fresh-counter run. At 1642 mm wide it gives a long serving front, so a full day's catch can be laid out and worked from across the counter rather than split across smaller cabinets.
At 900 mm deep and 1335 mm tall, the cabinet sits at browsing height and holds a deep display bed, keeping the product angled towards the customer and within easy reach of staff serving behind it. It is a counter-format display — designed to be the fresh-fish focal point of the shop floor, not tucked into a back room.
The cabinet measures 1642 mm wide, 900 mm deep and 1335 mm tall, so plan the counter run and the route in carefully. Both the 1642 mm width and the 900 mm depth exceed a standard internal doorway, so access is usually the first thing to check — confirm doorways, corridors, floor and clearances before delivery day.
