Why this fish fridge earns its place
The Refrigerated Fish Display 1.9 is a chilled display counter purpose-made for fresh fish and seafood. Fish sells on how it looks — a full, well-dressed bed of catch on ice is the pitch — and this cabinet is built around that job, giving you a refrigerated well to lay out whole fish, fillets and shellfish for served or self-select counters. It puts the day's range in front of the customer where they can see the quality and choose.
Day to day it works as a service counter: staff dress the display, serve across it and re-ice as needed through trading. Fish is unforgiving of warmth, so the point of a dedicated refrigerated fish display is a cabinet designed to hold the bed cold and consistent while it is open and worked all day. This model holds -5 °C and uses LED lighting to show off the catch — both essential for display sales. The static cooling system keeps temperature even as the cabinet is worked, and the stainless steel AISI 304 build stands up to daily ice and water. Keeping the display evenly loaded and draining meltwater as you go keeps the presentation clean and the catch looking fresh.
For siting, plan it as a counter — customer side out, staff access and drainage sorted behind. The counter is 1880 mm wide by 900 mm deep and 1200 mm tall, built for a mid-size food hall or standalone fishmonger setup. It weighs 160 kg gross, so arrange support and handling at delivery and installation. Before delivery, measure your access route and the counter run against those dimensions, and leave clearance around the cabinet for airflow. If you are fitting it into an existing counter line, contact us and we will confirm the fit from the specification before you order.
