Why this fish display fridge earns its place
The MAFIROL HERA FISH is a serve-over display counter for presenting fresh fish over the counter. It puts product on a chilled deck facing the customer, so staff serve to order from behind while the display stays on show. At 1300 mm wide it holds a working spread of fresh fish in a fixed serving position.
Cooling runs on R452a refrigerant, and defrost is automatic, so frost is cleared from the display deck without staff having to run a manual defrost cycle. The cabinet is built to climate class 3, so keep it clear of direct heat sources to help it hold temperature consistently through service.
For installation, the external dimensions are 1300 × 855 × 1240 mm (W × D × H) and the unit weighs 150 kg. At 1300 mm wide and 855 mm deep, check the access route and the final serving position before delivery, and plan enough support and handling to place a 150 kg counter.
