Why this curved glass serve over fridge earns its place
The SIGMA25C is a 2.5-metre curved-glass serve-over counter from Blizzard, built for served deli, butcher and patisserie displays. The curved front glass gives customers a clear, uninterrupted view of the product while staff serve to order from behind, giving you a full 2.5-metre run of merchandised frontage in a single cabinet.
Defrost is automatic, so there is no manual cycle to work around during service, and the counter carries a climate class 3 rating for holding temperature in normal indoor retail conditions. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with very low global-warming potential, and sits at a 56 dB noise level for front-of-house use.
Allow for the footprint before delivery: the counter measures 2525 × 1100 × 1232 mm (W×D×H), a full 2.5 m of length and 1100 mm of depth, so confirm the run of wall and the delivery route. At 283 kg it needs a solid, level floor and enough clearance to bring a single 2.5 m cabinet into position.
