Why this curved glass serve over fridge earns its place
The SIGMA10C is a curved-glass serve-over counter from BLIZZARD, built for staffed deli, butchery and patisserie display. The curved front glass gives customers a clear line of sight over the products while a member of staff serves from behind, the counter format for cut-to-order and pick-your-own service. At just over a metre wide it suits a compact serving counter.
Day to day, it runs quietly at 48 dB, which keeps it unobtrusive on a customer-facing counter, and uses natural R290 refrigerant with a low global-warming potential. Automatic defrost removes the manual defrost routine, and the cabinet carries a climate class 3 rating.
The counter measures 1055 mm wide, 1100 mm deep and 1232 mm high, and weighs 170 kg. The 1100 mm depth gives a generous serving well but needs planning against your counter run and staff gangway; the 1055 mm width clears a standard doorway for delivery.
