The CHOPIN 1000 FV-VP is TEFCOLD's black flat-glass chilled display cabinet for patisserie, cakes and deli counter service. At 1050 × 800 × 1300 mm, it gives a full metre of internal display width without becoming a long counter run, and the stainless steel and glass interior keeps the product area crisp, bright and easy to merchandise.
The cabinet is built for customer-facing chilled presentation, holding the display space at +2 to +6 °C in climate class 3 conditions up to 25 °C ambient. LED interior lighting helps lift the front-of-house display, while the black exterior works neatly with café, deli and bakery interiors where the counter needs to look deliberate rather than improvised.
Operation is kept straightforward: R290 refrigerant, automatic defrost, a fitted thermometer and a 220-240V/50Hz supply with 610W rated input.
