The Roller Grill display fridge is a flat-glass refrigerated cake cabinet finished in stainless steel, built to merchandise cakes, patisserie and desserts at the counter. Flat glass panels give a clear, straight-on view of what's inside, with integrated LED white light strips running the full height of each corner to illuminate the shelves. Chilled product stays on show and sells itself without a serve-over counter between customer and product — it's a merchandising cabinet first and foremost.
Behind the glass, the cabinet is fitted with five fixed glass shelves holding 360 litres of product, so the tier spacing is set rather than adjustable. The stainless steel body maintains a temperature band of 2°C to 10°C with fan-assisted cooling and double-glazed glass panels for insulation. Worth matching the fixed shelf spacing against the height of the cakes, gateaux or platters you display most, since you can't adjust the tiers once it's loaded.
The stainless steel finish suits a hard-wearing café, bakery or deli counter and wipes down easily in a food-prep environment. At 1850mm high and 600mm deep, weighing 150kg and running on 230V, it slots into most prepared-food counters.
