Why this display fridge earns its place
The UA062 is Polar's U-Series deli display fridge, a 485-litre cabinet fronted with flat glass. It is the format for putting deli, patisserie and chilled grab-and-go product on show at the counter, where clear sightlines and a generous chilled volume do the selling. Flat glazing keeps the view of the display undistorted from every angle a customer approaches.
With 485 litres to work with, there is room to build a proper spread — trays, platters and stacked lines — rather than a token few facings. The flat-glass front reads cleanly under counter lighting, so the whole display stays legible and appetising across a busy service period.
The cabinet measures 1500mm wide, 1200mm high and 680mm deep, so measure your doorways, corridors and final counter run before delivery — 680mm of depth and a metre and a half of width need a clear route in. Craven Cooling supplies and services the UA062, so siting and aftercare are one call away.
