Why this display fridge earns its place
The Polar U-Series UA060 is a 285 litre deli display fridge with a flat, straight glass presentation style. At 900 mm wide, it gives cafés, bakeries, delis and farm shops a proper chilled counter display without stepping up to the wider 1200 mm cabinet, with three shelves for arranging cakes, patisserie, sandwiches and pre-packed chilled lines.
In use it holds a +2 to +8 °C chilled band with forced-air cooling, so it is for displaying product that is already chilled rather than pulling warm food down to temperature.
