Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The Millennium ST170 PAS is an Italian-built serve-over counter designed for patisserie. It gives 0.51 m² of chilled display area behind glass, finished in white and grey outside with a stainless steel interior, so cakes and desserts front a counter that staff serve from the rear. At 1661 mm wide it forms a full serve-over station for a café, bakery or deli.
It holds a +1 to +10 °C band suited to patisserie and chilled desserts, with automatic off-cycle defrost so there is no manual defrost step. It is rated climate class 3. On the energy label it carries class G at 2237.4 kWh a year, which works out at about £559 a year at 25p/kWh — a figure that will vary with your tariff, ambient conditions and how often the counter is opened.
The counter measures 1661 × 1054 × 1356 mm and weighs 300 kg net (348 kg packed), so it needs firm, level flooring and clear delivery access for a unit of this size. It draws from a standard 13-amp 220-240 V supply and uses R290 refrigerant.
