Why this multideck earns its place
The Cossiga Tower TTG is a tall, glass-fronted refrigerated serve-over from Cossiga's Tower range. At 1.5 metres high across a 900 mm wide front, it is a compact freestanding display counter built to show chilled product through a full-height glass front while a member of staff serves across the counter. The tall glass format puts product in the customer's eyeline, which suits a served patisserie, cake or deli offer where the display does the selling. With four adjustable shelves, it holds good capacity in a narrower footprint.
Day to day it works as a serve-over: staff load and work the cabinet from the hinged rear door, customers view and order from the glazed front. As a freestanding counter it stands on the floor as its own unit rather than dropping into existing joinery. At 246 kg, it is lighter than wider models, making delivery more straightforward.
