Why this multideck earns its place
The Cossiga Tower TTG HT566 is a tall glass-front serve-over display fridge — a freestanding refrigerated cabinet that shows product behind a full glass front while staff serve from the rear. At 1.5 metres high across a 1200 mm wide front, it is a cake and patisserie display format: the tall glazing lifts cakes, bakes and counter lines up to eye level so customers can see the full range before they order. With four adjustable shelves across that height, it works as a counter in its own right.
It runs as a served counter rather than self-service: customers view the display through the glass front and staff serve each order from behind. The hinged rear door gives that staff-side access for loading, arranging and cleaning the cabinet away from the customer. The tall glass front keeps the whole display visible and enclosed, so product is on show behind glass rather than open to the customer aisle.
Being freestanding, the HT566 stands as its own cabinet rather than dropping into existing joinery, so it can form a serve-over counter on its own or sit at the end of a run. At 300 kg, it is a substantial but manageable unit for delivery — confirm flooring and loading access with your installer. Site it with the clearances a plug-in refrigerated cabinet needs for airflow and within reach of a power point.
