Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The EVO902 SS is a patisserie and deli display cabinet built for front-of-counter merchandising, presenting cakes, desserts and chilled deli lines across a 1.2 m² display area behind two sliding glass doors. The stainless steel exterior and interior suit busy service environments where the cabinet is wiped down daily and needs to hold its look on the shop floor.
It holds a +1 to +10 °C band under an electronic controller, with automatic defrost handling ice build-up so staff do not have to. The cabinet is rated to climate class 3 and runs at 44 dB. At energy class C with an EEI of 34.1% and 2657.2 kWh a year, that works out at about £664 a year at 25p/kWh.
Cooling is by R290 refrigerant with a 135 g charge. The cabinet runs from a standard 13A supply and draws 475W, so it connects to an ordinary commercial socket without a dedicated circuit.
