The VBR12R is a curved-glass cake display cabinet, 1310mm wide, built to put patisserie, gateaux, tarts and chilled desserts at customer eye level behind a clear curved front. The full-height glass front does the selling for you across a counter or against a wall, turning a display of cakes into an impulse buy rather than something a customer has to ask about.
Day to day, the cabinet defrosts automatically, so there is no need to power it down and clear ice by hand between services. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a very low global warming potential, and carries a climate class 4 rating, meaning it is tested to keep its display temperature steady in warm, humid ambient conditions, which covers a busy café or bakery in summer.
For siting, the external footprint is 1310 × 810 × 1300 mm (W × D × H) and the cabinet has a gross weight of 194 kg, so plan the delivery route and check the counter or floor can take the load. At 1310mm wide it needs a clear run through standard double doors on a trolley rather than a single doorway. Measure the depth and height against the space before it arrives.
