Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The ISA MILLENNIUM LX220 PAS is a curved-glass serve-over counter built for patisserie. Its 0.68 m² display sits behind curved glass so cakes and pastries are presented at the counter for the customer to choose and staff to serve over. The white/grey exterior and stainless steel interior make it a display piece as much as a chilled cabinet in a café or bakery front.
Day to day it holds +1 to +10 °C on R290 refrigerant, with automatic/off-cycle defrost so there is no manual defrost routine to run. It is rated to climate class 3 for a temperate indoor setting. At energy class G it draws 2591.5 kWh a year — about £648 a year at 25p/kWh.
It is a substantial floor-standing counter weighing 340 kg net (394 kg gross), so it needs a solid, level floor and suitable access to position. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V/50 Hz, so no dedicated circuit is required for the electrics.
