Why this salad bar earns its place
The HT626 is the 1145mm flat-top sneeze-guard drop-in from Cossiga's Linear Series, made for counters where chilled display needs to be built into the surface rather than added as a separate cabinet. It combines a 1/1 GN refrigerated well, 304 stainless steel construction and a glass sneeze guard, giving cafés, delis, bakeries and farm shops a protected open display in a shorter counter run.
The chilled well is designed for salads, fruit, desserts and prepared cold lines, with a stated temperature range of +3 to +5 °C. The gantry lighting keeps food visible from the customer side, while removable pans and the stainless steel build make the day-to-day routine practical: load it for service, replenish from behind the counter and lift the pans out for clean-down.
As a drop-in, the HT626 has to be planned into the joinery from the start. The external size is 555 × 1145 × 690 mm and the gross weight is 128 kg, so confirm the aperture, support, underside access and 220-240V supply before your fabricator cuts the counter. It uses R290 refrigerant with GWP 3 and comes with a two-year warranty.
