Why this drop-in display fridge earns its place
The 7495.0140 is a drop-in cubic refrigerated display designed to be built into a counter and raise the product up into a display cube at the point of service. Measuring 1440 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 1430 mm high, it presents chilled food where customers order at eye level, and its roll-up cover lets you close the display down at the end of a shift without moving stock. The unit weighs 136 kg and is built to hold product at +0 to +4 °C, making it suitable for items requiring full chilled conditions.
The display is sized to the 4/1 gastronorm footprint, so standard GN pans fit the well without adapters, and it holds product chilled through service before the roll-up cover shuts it overnight. LED interior lighting is fitted as standard for visibility from opening to close. The unit runs on 230V single-phase at 50 Hz with automatic defrost, so there is minimal manual intervention needed during operation.
As a drop-in, the counter is built around it and the unit recesses into an aperture (1440 × 720 mm cut-out). Match that cut-out to the unit's dimensions and allow access and ventilation for the refrigeration. Take the exact cut-out size from the specification panel before your fabricator builds the counter.
