The 7495.0130 is a drop-in refrigerated cubic display with a closed top, built to a 5/1 gastronorm layout for buffets, serveries and counter service. It measures 1765 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 1430 mm high, so it recesses into a prepared counter in a space roughly 1.8m across the run. The chilled food sits flush in the counter line, presented to customers and kept within reach for staff plating or self-service, running at +4 to +10°C.
Built around gastronorm sizing, it takes standard 1/1 pans across the 5/1 layout, so it drops straight into a catering line and swaps out with the rest of your GN kit. The closed-top format keeps the display contained and protects the food from the room, suited to a fixed servery position rather than a mobile or open self-service run. It is constructed in stainless steel with LED interior lighting and automatic defrost, using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
Because it is a drop-in unit, it is designed to sit inside an aperture cut into your counter rather than stand on the floor. It weighs 106 kg (net) and runs on a standard 230V, 50Hz supply at 19 kW.
