Why this drop-in display fridge earns its place
The 7495.0005 is a drop-in refrigerated top unit sized to the 2/1 Gastronorm standard. It is recessed into a prepared counter or buffet worktop so the chilled surface finishes flush with the top, making it the refrigerated core of a fixed servery. Cold food stays where it is displayed and served, rather than being held in a separate cabinet away from the counter. At 790 mm wide and 610 mm deep, it fits neatly into tighter servery runs or as part of a longer counter line.
It is built to take 2/1 Gastronorm pans and the smaller sizes that divide into them, so it accepts the trays a kitchen already runs for service. The refrigeration is self-contained: once it has power and a suitable cut-out it operates on its own, keeping displayed food chilled at −10 to +5 °C at the point of service without a remote condensing unit or external plant.
Fitting is joinery-led — the worktop aperture is cut to the unit's dimensions (790 mm wide × 610 mm deep × 476 mm high, approximately 55 kg), with room left for the services and ventilation it needs. The unit requires a 230V supply. Confirm the cut-out before committing the counter build; Craven Cooling can provide full measurements and, as a UK trade supplier with an in-house service desk, backs the unit with engineer support after installation.
