Why this salad bar earns its place
This is the three-pan version of Victor's Synergy drop-in well, using genuine blown-air refrigeration rather than passive plates to hold 3 x GN 1/1 pans at temperature. It's 1/1GN compatible and sized to a 1045 x 646mm cut-out, giving a longer chilled run than the two-pan version while fitting the same retrofit approach into an existing servery counter.
Running at -1°C to +5°C, it handles chilled salads, cold meats and desserts through a full service. A gantry with fluorescent tube illumination sits over the well to keep the display looking its best, and a toughened glass screen with an over-shelf provides the sneeze-guard hygiene a self-service line needs.
It's fitted with a self-evaporating condense system, so there's nothing to manually drain day to day, and it draws 1.6kW to power the blown-air refrigeration. At 100kg it's a manageable drop-in unit, and it's backed by 2 years parts and labour.
