Why this salad bar earns its place
The Roller Grill GP304 is a square chilled salad bar designed for self-service buffet display. It presents prepared salads, dressings, toppings and cold buffet items in an open, help-yourself layout at +3 to +10 °C — the temperature range for cold meats, prepared items and salads — so guests can build a plate at their own pace. The square footprint (1445 × 1445 mm) suits an island position on a buffet line or a counter run where customers approach from the front.
As a chilled self-service unit it keeps a cold buffet spread presentable and accessible across a service period, holding up to four 1/1 gastronorm containers at the front of house rather than in a back kitchen. The open format is built for turnover — staff top up trays in place as they empty, and guests serve themselves without waiting on counter staff. It weighs 99 kg and draws 500 W from a 230 V supply using R290 refrigerant.
The dark wood surround gives it a finished, front-of-house look that suits a dining room, canteen or hotel buffet rather than a back-of-house prep area. Being square, it sits as a self-contained block, so measure the counter or floor space it needs and the customer approach around it before ordering. The unit carries a 2-year warranty.
