Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series GL007 is a single-door back bar cooler with a stainless steel exterior. It is built to sit behind or under the bar and keep bottled and canned drinks close to the point of service, so staff can restock and serve without leaving the till. At 600mm wide and 520mm deep, the single-door format suits a tighter back-bar gap where a wider cabinet would not fit — it's the most compact of the Polar G-Series back bar range.
Day to day, access is through a single hinged door into a 138-litre interior across two shelves, holding up to 108 × 330ml bottles. The stainless steel exterior wipes down and stands up to a bar or kitchen service area, which keeps it presentable behind the bar. Site it so the door has room to swing open clear of the working gap, and keep the fastest-moving stock nearest the door for quick service. The cabinet maintains +2 to +8 °C and weighs 48kg.
For installation, treat it as a fixed back-bar unit. The GL007 runs from 230V and draws 180W (around 1.4 kWh per day). Check the external dimensions and doorway access against your back-bar gap before ordering, and allow room for the door to open and for restocking.
