Why this beer fridge earns its place
The IMC Mistral M60 FP720 is a single-door commercial bottle cooler, built to keep bottled and canned drinks cold and on hand behind the bar. It measures 900mm high by 600mm wide and 500mm deep — a compact footprint that slots into a back-bar run, holding a working range of lagers, mixers, wines and soft drinks close to where they're served rather than in a back store. Day to day it does one job well: holding drinks at +2 to +6 °C so every bottle or can comes out of the cabinet ready to pour or hand over. Restocking is straightforward from the hinged front door, and the narrow single-door body suits bars where space along the run is limited.
