Why this beer fridge earns its place
The IMC Mistral M60 FP720 is a single-door commercial bottle cooler, built to keep bottled and canned drinks cold and on hand behind the bar. It measures 900mm high by 600mm wide and 500mm deep — a compact footprint that slots into a back-bar run, holding a working range of lagers, mixers, wines and soft drinks close to where they're served rather than in a back store. At 54 kg, it's light enough to be repositioned if your bar layout changes, and at just 65 dB(A) it runs quietly even during the evening rush.
Day to day it does one job well: holding drinks at +2 to +6 °C so every bottle or can comes out of the cabinet ready to pour or hand over. It holds approximately 120 bottles (330ml), across two shelves, with magnetic gaskets that are simple to remove and clean. Restocking is straightforward from the hinged front door, and the narrow single-door body suits bars where space along the run is limited. The forced-air cooling system pulls temperature quickly, keeping pace even in busy service.
The unit runs on a standard 240V supply with a modest 225W draw. If bar space is tight, check the width, depth and height dimensions against your back-bar run, and confirm the electrical supply is within reach before ordering. For the energy class, annual running cost and full technical detail, see the specification table on this page. If you're not sure a single-door cooler holds enough for your service, Craven Cooling can talk it through.
