Why this single door bar fridge earns its place
The Infrico ERV15PP is a single solid-door bottle cooler for keeping bottled stock cold behind the bar. The solid door means it is built for chilling and storage rather than front-of-house glass-door display, so it earns its place holding back-up bottles within reach of the pass without giving up merchandising space.
In service it runs on R290 refrigerant and uses automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to schedule around a busy shift. Its climate class 4 rating means it is built to hold temperature in warm ambient conditions, which matters in bar and service areas where a lesser-rated cabinet would struggle.
The cabinet measures 600 × 510 × 920 mm and weighs 59 kg. At 600 mm wide and 510 mm deep, width and depth are rarely the constraint on getting it into position, though it is worth checking the 920 mm height against any counter or shelf it needs to sit under.
