Why this back bar fridge earns its place
The Serrco by TEFCOLD SGD-300E is a back bar storage chiller built to hold drinks stock behind the counter rather than merchandise it. A single hinged solid door keeps the 270-litre gross cabinet (260 litres net) sealed and out of sight, and four adjustable shelves let you set the internal layout around bottles, cans and mixed stock as your range changes.
Ventilated cooling holds the cabinet across a +2 to +12 °C band, so it copes with everything from cellar-temperature bottles to chilled soft drinks, and automatic defrost keeps the evaporator clear without staff intervention. An electronic controller sets and monitors the temperature. Rated at 48 dB it stays quiet enough for a working bar, and climate class 4 means it is built to hold temperature in warm back-of-house conditions.
The internal cabinet measures 520 × 380 × 1445 mm (W×D×H), a tall, slim usable space that suits back-bar lines and narrow service areas. It draws 280 W from a 220–240 V/50 Hz supply, and cooling runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 90 g charge. The cabinet is finished in anthracite RAL 7021 outside with a silver interior, and gross weight is 109 kg, so plan the delivery route and final position before it arrives.
