Why this back bar fridge earns its place
The Blizzard BAR20 is an upright back-bar bottle cooler with two hinged glass doors, built to put chilled bottles and cans on show behind the bar. The full-height glass front turns the stock into the display — customers see what is cold and ready, and staff restock from the front rather than hunting through a solid-door cabinet.
It runs on off-cycle defrost, so the cabinet clears frost during the natural warm part of its cooling cycle instead of pausing for a separate heated defrost stage. A climate class 4 rating means it is built to hold its cooling in warm, busy rooms of the kind you get in the air behind a working bar.
At 920 mm wide, 515 mm deep and 1815 mm tall it is a full-height upright, so check gangway width and the swing of both hinged doors before you site it. It weighs 140 kg, which calls for a solid, level floor. Cooling is handled by R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant now standard across commercial bottle coolers.
