Why this back bar fridge earns its place
The Infrico ZX10 is an upright single-door bottle cooler built for the back bar. The hinged glass door puts chilled bottles and cans on show while keeping them behind glass, so front-of-house stock stays visible and to hand through a busy service. At 600 mm wide it is a slim, single-door unit designed to line up behind the bar without eating the run.
Day to day it runs on automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost routine to remember — the cabinet clears itself and holds its cycle without staff intervention. It carries a climate class 4 rating, which means it is built to keep temperature in warm rooms, the kind of ambient a working bar reaches on a busy night. The refrigerant is R290, a natural hydrocarbon with a low global warming potential.
On installation, the cabinet is 600 mm wide, 520 mm deep and 1800 mm tall, and weighs 110 kg. The narrow 600 mm footprint slots into a back bar line, while the 1800 mm height brings the display up to eye level for the customer side. Check the 520 mm depth and the door swing against your bar layout, and plan a delivery route that takes the full height and the 110 kg weight into account.
