Why this under counter freezer earns its place
The Polar PC008 is an undercounter display freezer in a stainless steel finish. It slots beneath a bar or prep counter to keep frozen product within arm's reach of the service point, using the space under the counter rather than taking up floor. At 129 litres, it holds a working stock of ice cream, frozen desserts or ready meals where staff need them, without walking to a back store mid-service.
The stainless steel exterior wipes down cleanly and stands up to the demands of a busy kitchen or bar environment. The cabinet maintains -18 to -22 °C on a static cooling system, and sits at a standard undercounter height: 855mm tall, 600mm wide and 585mm deep. At 54.5 kg, it is substantial but installable by a pair.
Being an undercounter unit, it is built to sit beneath a standard counter run. Measure the counter height and the opening it is going into, and leave clearance around the cabinet for airflow, so it can breathe and hold temperature once it is installed. Confirm the dimensions and weight against your space before delivery.
