Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA Fiji 6 is a ventilated scoop ice cream display freezer built to put a focused flavour selection in front of the customer. Its 0.36 m² display area suits a counter where space is tight, and the white exterior and white interior keep the focus on the product in the pans.
It holds a display temperature of -18 to -14 °C, a scooping band that keeps ice cream firm and servable. Ventilated cooling moves air evenly across the pans for consistent temperature, and automatic hot gas defrost clears frost without manual intervention. It carries a climate class of 5. At 3098.8 kWh a year it runs at energy class C, which works out to about £775 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet weighs 109 kg gross and 99 kg net, so plan for two people or a trolley to position it. Power is a standard 13 amp supply at 220-240 V, drawing up to 900 W, so no special electrics are needed. It uses R290 refrigerant with a 120 g charge.
