Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The BLIZZARD LUXE9 is a nine-pan ice cream serve-over, built to display scoopable ice cream to the customer at the counter. The serve-over format puts the full flavour range on show at the front of house, so staff scoop to order from a chilled, visible line. It is a display counter for parlours and food businesses adding a scooping ice cream offer.
Day to day it holds a temperature band of -18 to -12 °C, the working range for keeping ice cream firm but scoopable rather than rock-hard freezer storage. The cooling circuit uses R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant. The black exterior suits a customer-facing counter without drawing the eye away from the product on display.
On build and install, the cabinet measures 1260 × 880 × 1300 mm (W×D×H). At 880 mm deep it is a deeper unit than a standard upright, so measure your delivery route and doorways before it arrives, and allow a 1260 mm run for the body. The refrigerant is R290. Check the specification panel on this page for electrical supply, capacity and energy figures before you commit to a location.
